Auto Renewal System

Auto renewal system is developed for new concepts of automatic renewal of associates of the company. Auto renewal system is a system in which every renewal fees will be adjusted from the associate's payouts in small installments. This will help an associate to concentrate more on his/her work rather than keeping track of his/her expiration date. The renewal fees is Rs. 2100/-.

The proposed business rules are:-

1).After the renewal, an associate does not have to get qualified again in order to receive any income. i.e.
he/she will be entitled to receive all incomes for further work in his/her down lines without giving two direct
sales again in second year.

2). Company will deduct 8% of payout cheque as an installment of renewal.

3). Deduction will be done from Associate’s first payout cheque until a total sum of Rs.2100/- is deducted as
renewal amount.

4). If after one year total deducted amount towards renewal is less than Rs.2100/- then Associate has to pay
balance amount in order to get his/her ID renewed.

5). All the deduction will be done after deducting TDS on Payout cheques.

6). All deduction will be displayed in Payout statements and Associate area in Web site.

7). Renewed Id will not be transferable.

 8). Deducted renewal amount (Partial/full) will not be refundable in any case.
