Dear Associate, Welcome to the Prestige Network Pvt. Ltd. family.

1. In This Document the following words and phrases have the meanings stated hereunder unless indicated otherwise.

2. Associates refers to the Independent Business Associates (IBA) of  M/s Prestige Network (P) Ltd.

3. Prestige Network Pvt. Ltd. will enroll an IBA only upon his/her acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein and the fees for the "Prestige Family Pack "* will be will be according to the package which shall be tendered by way of a bank draft/pay order in favor of M/s Prestige Network (P) Ltd. This shall be considered effective from date of realization of the instrument.

4. The company shall not be responsible for any cash payment unless it is made to head/regional office of the company or collection banks. The company is liable only after proper cash receipt is issued against such payments.

5. The associates shall agree that this status is as an Independent Business Associate, makes him responsible to promote the "Prestige Family Pack"* further down in accordance with the marketing plan rules and regulations, policies and procedures of the company.

6. The "Prestige Family Pack"* is valid for one year commencing from the date of enrollment, which shall be renewed every one year on payment of renewal fees of Rs. 2100/-. The company holds the right to enhance / reduce the renewal charges. There is an option of Auto Renewal System. For more detail about Auto Renewal System Click Auto Renewal System.

7. The issuing/ renewal/cancellation shall be at the sole discretion of the company.

8. An associate member is not an employee of the company. He/She/M/s is not entitled for any kind of ESI, gratuity, or any other benefit to which an employee may be entitled under any law in force either at present or in future.

9.The IBA shall have no right entitled to the Assets of the company.
 
10. In case of any mishappening, the rights and responsibilities of the IBA shall be passed on to the rightful nominee as specified in the enrollment form. However, such nominee shall have to fill a fresh application form and he/she shall be bound by the terms and conditions applicable to the original IBA.

11. The IBA shall not work for any other MLM (Multi level Marketing) company. Any IBA found to be working contrary to the rules of operations would have his/her Prestige family Pack* terminated forthwith. The network link would be broken at that point. However, the up lines and down lines would continue to receive their benefits

12. The terms and conditions, policies and procedures and commitments are subjected to force major circumstances and natural calamities such as floods, fire, cyclones, typhoons etc. or the circumstances which are beyond the control of the company like strike, lock out etc., the company shall not be liable for any damages thereof except for the compensation if any received from the insurance to the IBA for any breach due to any unforeseen circumstances and major force conditions (Acts Of God).

13. The taxes and levies, if any, shall be extra from time to time.

14. In case of any adverse decision of the govt. effecting the network marketing plan, the company shall be entitled to challenge its validity, authenticity before the appropriate courts, tribunals or authorities and the company shall in no way be liable for and refund or compensation or can close the present business/ marketing plan.

15. All information pertaining to the company's strategy marketing plan and Business Associate Details shall be considered as confidential information and will be the sole property and copyright of the company.

16. The Company is competent and enjoys the discretion to amend the networking plan, rules and regulation, policies, procedures, Terms and condition as and when deemed fit by the company.

17. No IBA is authorized to use co-material for any personal, promotional or advertising activities.

18. All disputes between the IBA and the company shall be referred to the arbitrator to be appointed by the company. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties.

19. The arbitration proceedings shall be subject to the Delhi court jurisdiction only.

20. The Company shall settle any dispute between IBA's of the company only.

21. The Company reserves the right to terminate any membership (IBA) in the particular even in the application form are found to be incorrect, false, and wrong.

22. The Company reserves the right to reject any application form without assigning any reason.

23. An existing associate can have more than one site of same name under his/her tree only not in other leg of his/her upline as well as not in other area network. In case if any associate find not to follow this condition, company will terminate the ID No. of that associate.

24. Associate’s Site will not be transferred from 1/4/2005 (No reason will be considered).

25. False commitments will not be committed by the Associates. . In case if any associate find not to follow this condition, company will terminate the ID No. of that associate.

26. Suspension period of any site due to non payment has changed to 15 Days instead of 30 Days but that site will get 15 Days grace period to open with fine of Rs. 1000/- and after grace period site will not be opened.

27. Joining Fee amount is not refundable.

         I  hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the company .
